Refund policy

Exchanges
All sales are final. We only exchange items if they are damaged during transit.

To be eligible for an exchange, you must send clear photos showing the damaged item(s) within 48 hours of receipt to creations@prettywino.com. Upon review of the photos, Pretty Wino will send a confirmation email back with further instructions.

Replacements
Once your damaged goods are approved for replacement, we will send you an email to notify you that we have started creating your item(s). We will also notify you of the completion & shipping of your replacement item(s).

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
